Love Story 2050, the debut film of Harman Baweja, directed by his father Harris Baweja proved to be a damp squib. The audience and the film buffs dismissed Harman as a poor man’s Hrithik Roshan.
Now, Harman Baweja is coming out with his second film Victory, directed by Ajitpal Mangat and produced by Manmohan Shetty under the banner of Walk Water Media. This film has over 30 national and international cricketers sharing screen space.
Luckily for Harman, his film Victory drew the attention of big budget promoters. According to reports, Vistaar Religare Film Fund (VRFF) is investing over $1 million in the movie’s promotion.
Victory, releasing on January 30, is VRFF’s first project. The film is a combination of cricket and cinema and narrates the story of a small town boy, who dreams of making it to the Indian cricket team. How he fulfils his dream forms the essence of the story.
