Giribabu and Junior Relangi are playing the title roles in ‘Varma Vs Sharma’ directed by Vijay and produced by Phani Durga Prasad (Chinababu) on the banner of Palindrome Pictures with Bob and Bindu Barbie as the young lead pair. The film had completed its final schedule very recently and is now busy in post-production formalities. The first look of the film was unveiled on the occasion of Ugadi festival day. Speaking on the occasion, director Vijay says, ‘We shot the entire film in the beautiful locale of Godavari districts in memorable locations. We brought out the film based on superstitions by firing satires in a jovial and comic manner. The film will have satirical comedy on the lines of ‘Gopala Gopala’ and ‘PK’. Giribabu played the role of Varma and Junior Relangi in the character of Sharma had evoked a lot of comedy. The performance of the hero who fights for his principles would enthral everyone and thrill at the end. Ramana Rathod’s music would elevate the film to a next step.’ Producer Phani Durga Prasad says, ‘The audiences could expect 100 per cent humour from the movie. We are planning to launch the audio very soon.’ Deekshitulu, Ramana, Addakarla, Babulu, Udayababu, Tirupati Rao, Ajay, Sriram, Vasu, Bullabbayi, Bharati, Lalita, Lakshmi and others are in the cast. Camera is by Ranga, editing is by Prabhu, lyrics are by Ramana, choreographyis by Anand, art is by Hari, while the film was written and directed by Bhuvana Vijay.
