Tom Hanks makes a documentary on World War II
Oscar winning Hollywood actor Tom Hanks has produced a documentary on World War II titled “Beyond All Boundaries” and says that he made the film because he had been disturbed by the events of that period and studied that blot in human history thouroughly.
Tom Hank’s documentary will be screened every day at the National WWII Museum, New Orleans, Louisiana, beginning Nov 9, 2009.
According to the creative director Phil Hettema of the documentary, the film used a whole world of technologies, including an incredible sound system, multilayered projection, high definition, moving sets, 3D features and more spectacular theatrical effects.
Hanks played an important role in the documentary and has been involved throughout the process of the making of the documentary.
