Tollywood and Hollywood sign anti-piracy deal

The Andhra Pradesh Film Chamber of Commerce (APFCC) and the Motion Picture Association of America (MPAA) have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to deal with film and music piracy.

The MoU was signed in the presence of AP chief minister Kiran Kumar Reddy by Robinson of MPAA and D Suresh Babu on behalf of APFCC.

The anti-piracy drive includes unauthorised videos, DVDs, online downloading of films and music. Interestingly, Tollywood writers and directors will now be not able to copy Hollywood films or music.
