Thaman Sings In ‘Okka Ammayi Thappa’

Sandeep Kishan is playing the hero and Nitya Menon is in the female lead for the film ‘Okka Ammayi Tappa’ with a tagline ‘All Indians are my brothers and sisters’. Rajasimha Thadinada is wielding the megaphone for the first time for the movie though he worked as a writer for many successful films. Ravi Kishen, a popular Bollywood actor, will be the baddy. Bogadhi Anji Reddy is making the film on the banner of Anjireddy Productions. The shooting of the film is almost complete. Generally there will be professional jealousy or rivalry between two music directors despite all of them are friends. However, it is surprising to note that there is a bond between music director Thaman and Mickey J Meyer. While the latter is scoring music for ‘Okka Ammayi Tappa’, Thaman had come forward to sing a song for the film. Moreover Thaman’s song will be used for the introduction of hero in the movie. Mickey says, ‘The introduction song will be peppy and I felt Thaman’s voice would suit perfectly for that song and I asked him to sing it for me and he immediately accepted. He is so gracious and sportive and I thank him very much for obliging my request.’ Only two songs remained balance for the film and it will be completed by March.
