Sukumarudu Movie Review
Aadi named as Sukumar NRI,who doesn’t value human relations but runs after money owns company and keeps trying for bank loan but fails. To his surprise Aadi comes to know that back in India he hails property worth 150 crores and within no time he lands in Andhra Pradesh. He decides to travel to the village and meet his grandmother Vandanamma (Sharada), a slightly cranky old lady who is revered by the villagers and also falls in love with Sankari (Nisha Agarwal).
Did aadi plans will succeed? What happened to his loves? Rest of the story on screens
Super star Krishna and Sarada performances
Aadi did good job
No logic scenes
Direction of the movie is not up to the mark and Screenplay of the movie also terrible. Here director made an attempt of a mixture of subject matter in the entire movie. There is a sentiment of father and son, grandmother and grandson is only good. And another thing is a too much melodrama and over action in affecting scenes is here. Coming to comedy, it fails. Slow pace of the film in the first half is the biggest drawback.
Cinematography of the film is quite ordinary. Editing is terrible and as I said before, the film has a very jerky feel to it. Dialogues are very average. Ashok Kumar’s direction is quite poor and leaves a lot to be desired. Production values are mediocre. Anoop Rubens has provided ok music but the background score is too loud, like the rest of the film.
Over movie is not the perfect film for this summer. Better to skip the movie
2 out of 5
