SRK’s Ra.One gets Rs 52 Cr brand tie-ups

Shah Rukh Khan’s Ra.One is breaking all records in marketing with 360 degree global campaign and a record number of brands on board.

Eros International and Red Chillies Entertainment are said to have signed up a Rs 52 crore deal for brand tie-ups and the brands include Sony PlayStation, YouTube, Nerolac, McDonald’s, Western Union Money Transfer, UTV Indiagames, Videocon, Nokia, Coke, ESPN Star Sports and Cinthol amongst others.

In addition, a major portion of investment has been recovered through pre-licensing Cable & Satellite rights, music and other rights.

The sci-fi film is made with a budget of Rs 150 cr and has plans to release it in 2D and 3D formats in Hindi, Tamil and Telugu with over 3500 screens worldwide.
