Veteran director Singeetam Srinivas Rao was trained in direction department by Harindranath Chatopadyaya and he worked as assistant director with KV Reddy from 1954 for films like Donga Ramudu, Mayabazar and other classics. He made his directorial debut in 1972 with Neethi Nijayathi.
Singeetam has award winning films to his credit like Pushpaka Vimanam, Mayuri, Taram Marindhi, Vichitra Sodarulu, Michael Madhana Kamarajan, Aditya 369, Bhairava Dweepam, Brundavanam, Madam Gatotkacha, Life After Death among others.
Singeetam Srinivas Rao will now direct the film titled “Traffic Jam” which will be produced by Konda Krishnam Raju who earlier made Sri Ramadasu. Pre-production work is in progress and the cast and crew are being finalized.
“Traffic Jam” will go on floors in December.
