Senior Naresh Bags Doctorate From NY
Senior actor Naresh, son of Vijayanirmala, is well-known among the Telugu audiences as a comedy hero. Jandhyala made him a comedy hero and many of his films are hilarious. This talented artiste is presently enjoying the success of his latest adult crime comedy film titled ‘Guntur Talkies’. In fact, Naresh made his debut into the film industry as a child artiste in 1970. Jandhyala, who made a number of Telugu comedy films introduced him as hero through the film ‘Nalugu Sthambhalata’. He became popular with the films like ‘Srivariki Premalekha’, ‘Sogasuchooda Tarama’ and ‘Jambalakidi Pamba’. He has received state Nandi Award for Best Actor for Sogasu Chuda Taramaa in 1995. Likewise, he got a special jury award for Chitram Bhalare Vichitram in 1992. Not only the big screen, he had also bagged Nandi award for his work in Munimanikyam Gari Kantham Kathalu telecast in Doordarshan. After watching his contribution to the Telugu cinema industry, he has been conferred with a doctorate by the Academy of Universal Global Peace in New York. Naresh expressed his happiness for bagging a doctorate and dedicated his doctorate to his guru Jandhyala and mother Vijayanirmala. Naresh (senior) will also be seen in the upcoming movies like Brahmotsavam and Sri Sri.
