Salman Khan seems to be going through a bad phase recently. After his verdict which pronounced him guilty in the hit-and-run case, the star was on tenterhooks till he got a bail, as a heavy refresher to him, family and fans. But his past still seems to haunt him in the infamous black buck poaching case for which he is one of the offenders. Salman’s plea to have the witness cross-examined has been turned down by the court-so leaving him with little choices except to stand by the verdict of this case. The incident of illegal shooting of black bucks which are a protected animal species-considered sacred by Bishnoi community occurred during the shooting of Hum Saath Saath Hain, and Salman was also guilty of possessing and handling an unlicensed weapon and was accused of poaching along with Sonali Bendre, Neelima and Tabu. Salman is already under bail in these cases, where he was sentenced for a total of 6 years and legal battle is still going on. It’s to be seen as to how long will the legal battles in all of his cases would continue-as the star has already been declared guilty by lower courts in this case.
