Prakash Raj To Remake ‘Ulavacharu Biryani’ With Nana Patekar In Bollywood
Oh… It is the combination of two powerful performers. Both of them are award winning actors at national-level. However, one among them now want to remain behind the screen as he is wielding the megaphone to direct the other. Versatile artiste Prakash Rao is known for winning several awards for portraying different and complex characters in Tamil and Telugu languages. He also has a passion to direct and produce films. Surprisingly, he won great praise for the movies he made as well. His latest directorial venture in Telugu “Ulavacharu Biryani” (“Un Samayal Arayil” in Tamil) has got critical acclaim. Prakash Raj is now planning to remake the movie in Bollywood with the title “Tadka” under his own direction. He chose legendary artiste of Bollywood Nana Patekar for the role he played in Telugu/Tamil. After Prakash Raj approached Nana, the latter was impressed with the narration and accepted to do the movie in his direction immediately. Nana Patekar, in fact likes Prakash Raj as he is a foodie and has another passion to cook by himself. Sources say that Shreya and Tapsee also gave their nod to share the screen. Prakash Raj Productions and Zee Studios will jointly produce the movie. Regular shoot will commence from May.
