Prakash is not happy with present subjects of Telugu Movies
Dangerous stunts, artificial blood and killing are all the stuff our Telugu audiences want. Why we have such a violent taste? Can’t we go with soothing family dramas and lesson giving films?
These are the thoughts of famous actor Prakash Raj. He said these things in order to state his detestation about the present subjects of Telugu movies. Now he has taken a dig at masala-potboilers. Claiming his film ‘Govindudu Andarivadele’ is a feel-good movie which is full of nativity he said, “Running with a gun, like a license to kill, isn’t the right thing. Have we forgotten the Babu kind of romance we could show?”
Prakash is nowdays promoting his film Govindudu Andarivadele by saying that it is full of pure human relations, tender feelings and Telugu culture. His recent participation in the commercial masala films are not going well with star directors who are busy canning such movies.
Prakash’s latest hit films like Race Gurram and Alludu Seenu also lie under his ‘disliked category’ of violent films. But still he is brave enough to speak about his dislikes. But Prakash has forgotten about the directors of these films. Will they too agree with him? We don’t know.
