The shooting and post-production works of ‘Oopiri’ with King Nagarjuna and Karthi in the lead roles and Tamanna playing opposite Karthi are almost complete and the film is slated for release somewhere by the end of this week., viz. exactly on March 25. By the time director Vamsi Paidipally narrated the story, Nag thought sitting pretty in a wheel chair is quite easy and he can easily do the role of a paraplegic. But, he came to know how hard it is to do such a role. He was forced to sit on the wheel chair for hours together and should not move his hands or legs. Vamsi Paidipally had assigned a couple of assistant directors only to see Nag is not moving his hands or legs. A minute movement of hands and legs was forced to shoot the entire shot and that is like a punishment for a senior artiste like Nagarjuna. Because of sitting in a static posture, Nag’s legs uses to turn numb. However, Nag and Karthi patiently did their respective roles and the chemistry between them worked out well. Let us hope the film will also be received well by the audiences.
