Nagarjuna’s Film Institute launched

International Institute of Film & Media (ISFM), promoted by Annapoorna Studio Private Limited, owned by Akkineni Nageswara Rao, Nagarjuna and Venkat, has been launched in Hyderabad on Thursday. The institute will provide world-class education to aspiring students and offers highly trained talent to the entire media industry. Kurt Inderbitzin is the CEO of the institute. He had produced films, tele-films and tele-series in the US for CBS, ABC, NBC, Lifetime and TBS. He was president of entertainment company Abandon Pictures and director of Subhash Ghai’s Whistling Woods Institute.

Annapoorna Studios, with a 22 acre campus, 10 sound stages, permanent sets and cutting-edge post production facilities will provide the infrastructure to ISFM which will be affiliated to the world’s best media technology companies to provide students with 24 hour access to the latest computers and filmmaking software. The institute is backed by some of south India’s biggest names in film-making,acting, animation and visual effects.

Courses will be offered by ISFM in all 24 crafts and in latest technologies of film-making.
