King Nagarjuna proved that he is still caught by cupid and his glamour is still young to attract the Telugu audiences. His latest film ‘Soggade Chinni Nayana’ and its success proved that he is still young at heart and the collection of Rs 50 crore stood as a testimony for that. However, Nagarjuna has decided not to give preference for solo hero films and is planning to do multi-starrers after he shared the screen with Karthi for his upcoming film ‘Oopiri’. Earlier, it was planned that the role played by Karthi should have to be done by NTR. However, NTR pleaded that he could not adjust days now and asked Nag to postpone the film by a few months so that he may adjust days. As he is not very sure to adjust dates even at a later date, the director asked Karthi to step into the shoes of NTR and started the shooting. Now Nagarjuna is going to do a film with Bunny under the direction of Trivikram Srinivas. Sources in the Film Nagar say that there are chances that Nag may share the screen with Tamil Star Suriya for a bilingual film. It may be worth mentioning here another senior hero Venkatesh had taken a similar decision and is doing multi-starrer films. Already he did multi-starrers with Maheshbabu, Pawan Kalyan and Ram. Though Nag’s solo hero film ‘Soggade Chinni Nayana’ was a big hit, the King is opting for multi-starrers which is a good sign for the Telugu film industry.
