Manchu Manoj Granted Anticipatory Bail

Manchu Manoj was granted anticipatory bail by the Madras High Court in an alleged assault case. Some time ago, Tamil actor Mahat Raghavendra filed a case against Manoj alleging that the latter had assaulted him at a party after a film awards function.

Mahat lodged a complaint against Manoj at Royapettah police station in Chennai. Manoj denied any brawl between him and Mahat. Manoj’s lawyer Natarajan maintained that there was only a heated argument between Manoj and Mahat and not a fight, and eventually sought an anticipatory bail.

Manoj is right now busy preparing for the release of his film Oo Kodathara Ulikki Padathara on July 27 which also happens to be the Sravana Sukravaram. an auspicious day for women.
