Teja, who shot into fame with his debut filn Chitram, is in the sidelines for sometime without a good hit at the box office.
The cameraman turned director is now producing and directing a film titled Keka, with all newcomers. He says that the word Keka is now being used by the present generation to mean very good and hence the title.
The cast and crew left for Rajasthan, where the shooting takes place at different locations. Later the unit goes to Kolkota.
Veturi and Seetharama Sastry have penned the lyrics. Chakri composed the music. Cinematography is being handled by veteran P.C.Sriram.
