Kajol’s fitness mantra
Bollywood actress Kajol is known to be a fitness enthusiast and her mantra for fitness has been dancing. Even during her film career, she was practicing different dance forms to sharpen her dancing skills and to stay fit.
Kajol married Ajay Devgn and gave birth to a son Yug. After the child birth she carefully followed a healthy diet regime and kept herself fit by dancing an hour a day. She strongly recommends that dance is the best form of workout for women.
Recently, the actress promoted a dance school Strut – The Dance makers in Mumbai started by Ryan Stephen and Niranjan Iyengar. The dance school instructor Bhaavesh Gandhi was a former associate of Shiamak Davar.
Kajol visits the school and interacts with the students telling them that dance is her fitness mantra.
