Director Imtiaz Ali has lent his name as presenter to Mangesh Hadawale’s new movie Dekh Indian Circus, though he is not connected with the production. He is doing so to promote the film which has already won the Best Picture award at the Busan Film Festival.
This is the second film of Mangesh after his debut film Tingya won the National Film Award for Best Child Artist.
Dekh Indian Circus is the heartwarming tale of a mother taking her children to the circus. This film is set in a small village in the outskirts of Jaisalmer, representing the life there through extraordinary performances and stunning visuals.
Tannistha Chatterjee and Nawazuddin Siddiqui of Gangs of Wasseypur fame play the lead roles.
