Hrithik Roshan is nowadays busy promoting his film ‘Bang Bang’. The actor faced health problems while he was shooting for this film last year. He got blood clots in his brain and he had to undergo a surgery.
When he was asked about the biggest challenge he faced while doing ‘Bang Bang!, the star said that the biggest challenge for him was to get blood out of his brain. In his words, “I had a flight to catch in eight hours and I was on a treadmill. I felt something wrong in my legs , hands and realized that I was not feeling okay. I called up the doctor and did a scan which said my brain had shifted to right. I had to educate myself on the topic and I had to find the best doctor.”
He said all these to the reporters in a group interview. Then he explained how he experienced in the operation theatre.
He said that after all that happened he was in the operation theatre and he saw the blood spurt from his head. He added, he read that during any brain surgery, the only way to keep a check whether the needle has gone in too much is by one’s facial expression. If it enters too much, then maybe you twitch or make weird faces. So, that’s the check for brain because the brain itself doesn’t feel anything, so he (Hrithik) had to be awake.
His film ‘Bang Bang!’ is an official remake of a Hollywood film ‘Knight ad Day’ whose lead actors were Tom Cruise and Cameron Diaz.
When he was asked if he is scared by comparison to Tom then he replied, “it’s impossible to compare”
Explaining it the star added, “I believe in individuality. I do everything in my way, then the character comes out as a real person. ‘Agneepath’ also I did it according to my interpretation. If you are honest and fearless, then your interpretation will be different.”
