Feroz Khan's land usurped by Karnataka CM's sons

The late Feroz Khan, Bollywood’s actor-producer-director known for films like Khurban, was allotted nine acres of prime industrial land allotted to him at Jigani Phase I in 1982 for his firm Super Cast and Malleables Private Limited.

The Karnataka Industrial Area Development Board (KIADB) acquired two acres of that the land, without the knowledge of the heirs of Feroz Khan, before it was granted to Fluid Power Technologies Private Limited, a firm promoted by Yeddyurappa’s sons, Raghavendra and Vijayendra, in 2007.

A case has been filed in the court which stayed the acquisition of Feroz Khan’s land by KIADB.
