Court case on Salman and Bigg Boss 4

An Aligarh-based lawyer Anoop Kaushik filed in the chief judicial magistrate`s court in Aligarh district on host Salman Khan, the producer, director and five contestants of Bigg Boss 4 over its vulgar content under multiple sections of the Indian Penal Code (IPC), including 293 (sale of obscene objects), 294 (obscene acts and songs), and 120 B (criminal conspiracy). The five participants named in the vulgarity case are Sara Khan, her husband Ali Merchant, Dolly Bindra, Shweta Tiwari and Sameer Soni.

The petitioner pleaded to stop the telecast of the reality show Bigg Boss 4 and to take criminal action all those named in the case including Salman Khan.
