Bollywood hit by Swine flu: Cinema halls closed

Bollywood film releases this week are hit by swine flu scare as the Maharashtra government ordered closure of all theatres, multiplexes and single screen cinema halls in the entire state for 3 days.

Schools, colleges and malls in Mumbai will also remain closed for a week in view of swine flu situation in the state.

The decision has been taken as a precautionary measure in the wake of rising cases of deadly viral infection in the state, which has recorded maximum swine flu deaths in the country so far.

The total deaths in India because of swine flu has risen to 17 out of which Maharashtra alone recorded 12.
