Speculation is rife that actor and Nandamuri scion Balakrishna may actively enter the state political arenawhen on Thursday he shared the dais with arch rivals in NTR family, TDP chief N Chandrababu Naidu and Congress leader and brother-in-law Daggubati Venkateshwara Rao.
The occasion was the launch of Balakrishna’s latest film “Parama Veera Chakra” and it coincided with the actor’s 50th birthday. The film is director Dasari Narayana Rao’s 150th project.
Despite denying it several times, Balakrishna appears to be gearing up for a bigger political role going by his actions in public life in the past few weeks. Heir to N T Rama Rao’s throne in filmdom, Balakrishna regained his stature in the industry with his recent release “Simha” which was declared a hit. The forthcoming “Parama veera Chakra” is also expected to be a success.
