He is getting ready to direct a film tentatively titled Poru, which will star Srihari as hero, a National Award winner Priyamani as heroine and himself as villain.

Directors SS Rajamouli, Sreenu Vaitla, Kodi Ramakrishna and V Samudra play cameos in the film in their real life roles as film directors. Paruchuri Venkateswara Rao, Gollapudi Maruti Rao, Dharmavarpu Subrahmanyam, MS Narayana, Sunil, Uttej, Sivareddy, Kondavalasa Lakshmana Rao and others are in the cast.

This film will go to floors as soon as Amma Rajasekhar completes the film Bheebhatsam, in which his brother Yuvan is making his debut as hero.
Earlier Amma Rajasekhar directed Ranam and Khatarnak, which had reasonable success at the box office.
