A regular routine mainstream love story that is so stale that it smells of decaying sewage.
The Synopsis Manoj (Manoj), the son of a small time hotelier (Chinna), falls in love with Rupini (Rineel Routh), the daughter of a rich businessman J V (Vinod Kumar), who hires the services of Bullanna (Sivaji) who is an old hand at arranging settlement of disputes. While Bullanna tries to go ahead with his contractual work, a mother-sentiment s introduced and the rough guy decides to do good things. Even Bullanna has a romantic angle. The rest of the story meanders along expected lines where an original law-breaker turns around into a do-gooder and therefore has to face the unpleasant consequences.
The Performances Sivaji gives a very convincing and competent performance. Manoj is OK. Rineel and Shraddha Das fill in the so called glamour part of the film. Chinna and Vinod Kumar look fit for their roles. All others appear adequate for their ill-etched roles.
The storyline is so predictable that the narration becomes rather tedious and pedantic. The screenplay is shoddy with the essential continuity missing. Cinematography by Sivakumar is good and so is the editing.
18-20-love-story-movie reviewHowever. A poorly conceived and executed climax makes the film a drop out from being a favourite. Music is routine and the songs appear at the most inappropriate moments.
Better read a good love story novel rather than spending money on buying a ticket to watch this Love Story.
