Automobile major General Motors on Wednesday unveiled a new concept car in electric vehicles. The company plans to export this electric car around the world.
The EN-V, or “Electric Networked-Vehicle”, at a pavilion that it will share with its China joint venture partner, SAIC Motor Corp, during the World Expo to be held in Shanghai from May through October. The model is about one-third the length of a standard passenger car.
The two-seater EN-V is likely to be in the showrooms only after a decade and this concept car will help GM reinvent itself particularly after its bankruptacy proceedings last year.
