Sarah Jane Dias fitness regime

Sarah Jane Dias, model and who will be seen with Pawan Kalyan in his forthcoming film Panjaa directed by Vishnuvardhan, gives her fitness mantra. Being fit and healthy is far more important than being skinny, she says.

Exercise Regime : She tries to squeeze in enough time to workout at least three times a week. A mix of cardio and strength training are a must for her body type. She also tries to include yoga at least a couple of times a week. It is like an internal work out as well. Just to mix things and keep my work out interesting, she dors boxing and kickboxing as well sometimes.

Diet: She is a non- vegetarian, but she eats good amounts of fruits and vegetables. She doesn’t have any particular diet that she follows and eats almost everything, but she is just careful about the quantity. Food is a weakness but she listens to her body and doesn’t overeat.
