Bollywood actor Sahil Khan, who made his debut in N. Chandra’s comedy film, Style (2001), is trained by Rehan Jalali, one of the worlds’ top Sports Nutritionists and Fitness Trainers.

• Drink loads of water.
• Eat a diet that comprises 45% Carbs, 35% Protein and 20% Fats.

High Quality Protein – Lean Sirloin Steak, Chicken Breast, Wild Salmon, Turkey Breast, Egg Whites with a couple of Yolks.
Carbohydrates – Brown Rice, Sweet Potatoes, White Potatoes, Red Potatoes, Whole Wheat Pasta, Vegetables such as Broccoli, Cauliflower and Asparagus.
Essential Fats – Flaxseed Oil, Almond Butter, Almonds, Unsalted Natural Peanut Butter.
