MIM Owaisi Booked In Delhi

MIM leader and MLA Akbaruddin Owaisi was booked in Delhi when Parliament Street Police Station in Delhi registered a case against him. Police filed a case under section 153A of the IPC after Shabnam Hashmi, a social worker filed a complaint with the police charging that his speech amounted to an attack on the secular, democratic and constitutional values.

Akbar hurt the sentiments of Hindus asking muslims to show their power in his spech in Nirmal, Adilabad district. He went on to justify Mumbai massacre saying that it was a retaliatory act of the Muslims. He also challenged that Muslims who were only 25 crore against the Hindu population of 100 crore would show what they could do if police force was pulled back for 25 minutes. Opposing the construction of Bhagya Lakshmi temple near Charminar, he said if all Muslims spat on it, the temple would collapse. K Karuna Sagar has already filed a court case in Hyderabad and had appealed to people to file more cases against Akbaruddin.
